StaffJet AI is an AI-powered hiring automation platform built for teams running high-volume recruitment. It automates sourcing, screening, assessment, and interviewing end to end, so hiring teams spend their time on qualified candidates instead of manual shortlisting.
What StaffJet AI does
StaffJet runs the full hiring pipeline in one platform, from job posting to final candidate report. AI Resume Screening scores and ranks 500 resumes against your job description in under 2 minutes. Shortlisted candidates move through asynchronous AI Video Interview Screening, Skills Assessments covering 350+ skills in 85+ languages, and AUTO INTERVIEW, a live structured AI interview at a booked time slot. Every result consolidates into one shareable Candidate Report. StaffJet integrates with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and career pages, and syncs with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, Keka HR, Darwinbox, Zoho People, and 60+ systems via API.
Who StaffJet AI is for
StaffJet is built for HR heads, CHROs, and talent acquisition leaders at IT services companies, GCCs, BPOs, staffing agencies, and enterprises hiring at scale. The more roles you fill and the higher your application volume, the more StaffJet returns. Teams hiring a handful of people a year will see less impact than teams processing thousands of applications a month.
