Product Hunt, BetaList, and similar sites mostly give a listing page and a ranking. EarlyHunt's difference is real distribution on every launch: a launch blog post about the project, plus Pinterest pin(s). Free and Premium both get that. They do not get the same links or the same extra posts.
Free launches are not posted to X, LinkedIn, or Bluesky. Those posts, the dofollow backlink, the site-wide ad, and the Launch Kit are Premium.
