What Selena does

Selena handles inbound calls through a dedicated number. When a saved contact calls, Selena can greet that person by name and use the contact context the owner has chosen to keep. During a call, it can gather the caller's reason for calling and preserve the substance of the conversation. After the call, Selena sends the owner a text summary so the owner can review the request and decide what to do next without listening through a traditional voicemail.

With the owner's permission, Selena can connect to Google Calendar. That optional connection lets Selena check real-time availability and book meetings during a call. Calendar access is not required to use the call-answering and summary features.

How the handoff works

A user creates an account, then completes mobile-number and SMS-consent confirmation before dedicated-number setup. Once the Selena number is ready, inbound calls can be answered by the assistant. The owner can review calls and summaries in Selena's dashboard, alongside contacts and optional calendar tools. The public signup path gives immediate account access, while the phone setup follows after confirmation during signup or later in Settings.

Pricing and access

Selena uses a freemium model. The Starter plan includes 100 combined lifetime answered calls and owner-sent texts. The Pro plan costs $20 per month for unlimited use. Both plans include contacts, calendar booking, SMS summaries, and the full dashboard. Google Calendar remains optional and connects only with the user's permission.
