Fedo is an in-app feedback, feature-voting and roadmap SDK for teams building native Android and iOS apps. It is made by MABD, an independent developer, and is in early access.
Most feedback tools were built for the web. They send mobile users out of the app to a portal where they have to sign up before they can post or vote, and most people don't bother. The feedback you end up with is one-star reviews and the odd support email, and you can't tell which requests matter to more than one person.
Fedo keeps the whole loop inside the app. It renders a native feedback board (Jetpack Compose on Android, SwiftUI on iOS) where users post feature requests and bug reports, vote on ideas and comment. Nobody needs an account. Each user gets an anonymous identity, and their posts, votes and comments move to their real account when the app calls setUserID.
Setup is one dependency (com.getfedo:sdk-android on Maven Central, or the fedo-ios Swift package) and two calls: Fedo.initialize(), then the feedback screen. There is no UI to design and no backend to host. Optional calls attach an email, display name and custom properties, so feedback stays tied to real users once they sign in.
In the dashboard at http://app.getfedo.com" title="app.getfedo.com (opens in new tab)">app.getfedo.com, teams see every request with who submitted it and who voted, sort by vote count, reply in threads and set one of five statuses: In Review, Planned, In Progress, Shipped or Closed. Users see those statuses in the app, so the board works as a public roadmap and people know what happened to their request. Comment threads are visible to both users and your team, so you can ask follow-up questions right where the request was posted.
Compared with Canny or UserVoice, the board lives inside the app instead of an external web portal. Compared with Gleap, the UI is native rather than a WebView widget, and fedo focuses on feature voting rather than support chat and session replay.
On privacy, the SDK sends what users submit plus a fixed set of device and app properties (platform, model, OS version, locale, app version). There is no behaviour tracking, location, fingerprinting or advertising identifiers.
Pricing: Starter is free for one app with unlimited users and shows a "Powered by fedo" badge. Plus and Pro add more apps, badge removal, team members, webhooks and priority support; both are in early access, with pricing by email. Current limits: there is no Flutter, React Native or offline support yet.
