## About TODO for AI

TODO for AI is a TODO list where the items get done by AI agents. Drop a task, it logs into your tools (browser, email, code, calendar, CRM), does the work, and shows you the result. It learns your business first, so it knows what's worth doing next.

Most AI tools wait for a prompt. TODO for AI works off your list.

Write a TODO — "reply to the 3 open support tickets", "ship the pricing page fix", "post this week's update on LinkedIn" — and an agent picks it up. It runs in your own browser and on your own machines, so it uses the accounts and tools you already have. Code, email, docs, social, ads, spreadsheets: same list, same agent.

It reads your website and business context on day one, then keeps learning from what you accept and reject. Over time it starts proposing the TODOs, not just closing them.

Under the hood: each item is picked up by an AI agent that runs on your own machine or in your own logged-in browser (CLI + browser extension), so it uses your real accounts and tools instead of a sandbox. Agents can spawn sub-todos (orchestrator pattern), run explore/review sub-agents in their own context, and hand off to each other with a compacted doc. Everything is visible in the chat as it runs, including a live stream of the browser.
