## About TDEE Plus

TDEE Plus is a free set of calculators that helps you find how many calories your body needs each day, and how to split those calories into protein, fat, and carbohydrates. Enter your age, sex, height, weight, activity level, and goal, and it instantly shows your maintenance calories, your basal metabolic rate, and targets for losing, maintaining, or gaining weight. Results update as you type, so you can test different goals without reloading the page.

What makes TDEE Plus different is that it shows its working. Instead of hiding behind one mystery number, it compares three formulas side by side: Mifflin-St Jeor, Revised Harris-Benedict, and Katch-McArdle, which uses body fat when you provide it. You can tap any formula to use it, read an explanation of the result, and copy or share your inputs through a link.

Beyond the main TDEE calculator, the site includes macro, cutting, bulking, maintenance, body fat, BMR, BMI, FFMI, walking calorie, and weight loss percentage calculators, plus guides on activity levels, formulas, protein needs, deficits, and common mistakes.
