StatementPilot is an AI bank statement converter for accountants, bookkeepers and small businesses. Upload a PDF, scan or photo of any bank or credit card statement, check every balance automatically, and export clean transactions to Excel, CSV, QBO, OFX, QIF or Xero CSV. Free for 20 pages a month.

StatementPilot turns bank and credit card statements into clean, accounting-ready data. Upload a PDF from online banking, a scanned paper statement or a phone photo: it extracts every transaction (date, description, amount, running balance) using AI and OCR, with no bank-specific templates, so it works with any bank.

What makes it different is built-in reconciliation. Every statement is checked so that the opening balance plus transactions equals the closing balance, row by row and against printed totals, and duplicates or out-of-period dates are flagged. If something does not add up, you fix it in an editable review table before exporting.

Export to Excel, CSV, QBO (QuickBooks Web Connect), OFX, QIF, QuickBooks CSV or Xero CSV. Files are encrypted at rest, originals are deleted after 24 hours, and data is never used to train AI models.
