## About Postbye

Postbye is a service that mails a cancellation letter for any subscription or membership on your behalf. You pick the company, enter your account details, and we print and post a formal cancellation letter to the correct cancellation address, using first class mail with tracking. You receive proof of delivery so there is a clear record that the request was sent and received. Many gyms, magazines, clubs and software subscriptions only accept cancellation by post or make it hard to cancel online. Postbye removes that friction by handling the letter, the address lookup, the postage and the tracking for you. Our database covers more than ten thousand subscription companies with verified mailing addresses and cancellation requirements, and each company has a page that explains how cancelling works, which details to include and how long it usually takes. The checkout is a single one time fee for the letter, and the whole process takes about two minutes. We built Postbye for people who are tired of waiting on hold, being redirected between departments or being charged again after they thought they had cancelled. Every letter is generated from a legally sound template, adapted to the company and the country, and sent from our own return address so replies reach you directly. Customers get a delivery confirmation and a copy of the letter for their own records, which helps when disputing a charge with a bank later on.
