## About NailedIt.ai

NailedIt is an AI mock interview you run out loud. Name the job or paste the job posting. An AI interviewer asks the questions, listens to your spoken answers, follows up on what you left out, and then scores the interview.

Who it's for: anyone with an interview coming up and nobody to practice with. A friend saying "that was good" is not feedback, and a rejection email tells you nothing.

How it works: paste the posting or type a job title, and the AI writes questions for that role. Answer out loud; the interviewer follows up on the part you skipped, and it is set to push harder than a real interview. Then read your scorecard: a score on five skills (answer structure, judgment, specificity and evidence, role relevance, communication), with your weakest answers flagged.

Two rounds. The hiring manager interview asks about the job itself. The recruiter screen has an AI recruiter ask why you're looking, what you want next, your salary range, then what you make now and the lowest you'd take. Its scorecard flags giving away your current pay.

A second mode rehearses one-way recorded interviews (HireVue-style): a question appears, a prep timer runs, and you get one take against the clock. NailedIt is not affiliated with HireVue or any other vendor.

Pricing: free to start with no signup. Your first two scored mocks are free. After that it's $19 a month for as many scored mocks as you want, plus the coaching: why you lost points on each skill, your weakest answers rewritten with the reasons the new version scores higher, and drills. Cancel from your account page, and the first payment can be refunded within 14 days.

Built by one person. I made it while trying to level up in my own marketing career, and I use it before my own interviews. Everything AI is labeled AI. It is practice only and does not change any hiring decision.
