## About Image to Calendar

Image to Calendar is a web application that turns schedules which already exist as photos, screenshots, flyers, timetables, rosters or PDFs into editable calendar events. Instead of retyping a class timetable, a shift roster or a sports fixture list by hand, you upload the image or PDF, the app extracts the visible event details, and every event is presented for review before anything is exported.

The workflow is deliberately review-first. After extraction you can edit titles, start and end dates, times, all-day settings, timezones, locations, notes and recurrence rules. When the list looks right, the selected events are exported as a single standard ICS file that imports into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook or any other iCalendar-compatible application. Image to Calendar does not sign in to your calendar and does not modify it automatically; it produces one portable file that you control.

Supported inputs are JPG, PNG and WebP images up to 10 MiB and PDFs up to 12 MiB and 10 pages, with up to 100 events in a single conversion. Uploaded files are processed in request memory and are not written to permanent application storage.

Typical uses include school and university timetables, shift and staff rosters, sports schedules, event flyers, conference agendas and travel itineraries. One conversion can be tried without an account, and paid credits are sold as one-time packs rather than subscriptions. Users remain responsible for checking generated dates, times, timezones and recurrence rules before importing the file.
