EasyInterview is an AI hiring pipeline for teams that get hundreds of applicants per role. Share one branded apply link across LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, apna, WhatsApp, referrals or your careers page, or import a CSV, and every applicant enters the same workflow. Knockout rules you write check location, notice period, salary band and other must-haves first, without auto-rejecting anyone. Eligible applicants are then phone-interviewed by an AI in one of 11 Indian languages, including Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi and Gujarati, with adaptive follow-up questions instead of a fixed script. Hundreds of screens run in parallel, overnight, so a shortlist takes days instead of weeks. For technical roles, live coding and system-design rounds add a code editor, a shared whiteboard, recordings and integrity monitoring. Every candidate comes back with skill and communication scores, transcript evidence, a recording and a fit breakdown, so recruiters review a ranked shortlist and book final rounds in one click. Nothing is a black box: each score is pinned to a moment in the transcript, and the system never rejects a candidate on its own. EasyInterview is usage-based, pay per screen from a prepaid wallet, with no seats and no subscription. It is built for HR and talent teams, staffing agencies and BPOs hiring in volume in India for sales, support, field, operations, healthcare and engineering roles, and for teams comparing HireVue, Paradox, Intervue or Apriora.
