## About CommentKeyword

CommentKeyword is an Instagram automation SaaS that turns comment activity into direct conversations. You announce a keyword in your caption or reel, for example GUIDE, PRICE or CHECKLIST, and when a follower comments that word the tool replies publicly and sends an automatic Instagram DM with whatever you promised: a link, a PDF, a discount code, or a short question that starts the sales chat. Setup takes about five minutes and there is no flow builder to learn. The AI layer is included from the base paid tier and can keep answering follow up questions in the thread in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, or German.

Most Instagram automation platforms, ManyChat included, charge by contact count. CommentKeyword does not keep a contact ledger, so you never build a subscriber database you have to clean out later. Billing is per automated DM instead. If a campaign goes quiet you simply pay nothing, rather than paying monthly for contacts who stopped interacting and pruning your list by hand.
