## About CheckCOA

CheckCOA is an all-in-one COA and certificate lookup platform built for collectors, dealers, and anyone buying or selling authenticated collectibles.

Instead of opening a different verification website for every authentication or grading company, CheckCOA lets you verify certificate numbers from 25+ supported providers in one place, including PSA, Beckett, JSA, Upper Deck Authenticated (UDA), Fanatics, Panini, CGC, SGC, TAG and others.

The platform supports autograph COA lookup, graded card certificate lookup, slab serial number verification, hologram number checks, collectible authentication records, collection management, and AI-assisted eBay listing creation.

One lookup runs two independent checks at the same time.

First, CheckCOA retrieves and displays available certification data from the provider source. For example, a PSA cert lookup can show the certification record, item information, grade, label details, population data and other available fields.

At the same time, CheckCOA independently checks the same certificate number against its Fraud Alert database of known fake, stolen, reused and compromised certificates.

This matters because a valid certificate number does not always mean the physical item is genuine. Fraudsters can copy real PSA cert numbers, reuse autograph COAs, duplicate hologram stickers, create fake slabs or attach legitimate certificate numbers to counterfeit items.

When a certificate number has previously been reported or connected to suspicious activity, CheckCOA can display available evidence such as marketplace screenshots, counterfeit item photos, reused certificate examples, seller or listing references, community reports and other supporting records.

CheckCOA currently tracks more than 25,000 flagged certificate records, with new reports and evidence added continuously.

Collectors can use CheckCOA even when fraud is not a concern. Verification results can be saved to History, organized into Collections, added to a Wishlist and reviewed later from one account. QR scanning, camera scanning, image OCR and manual certificate entry are supported.

For sellers, CheckCOA also includes an integrated eBay Listing AI Builder. After scanning or verifying a certificate, users can turn the available certificate and collectible data into an eBay-ready listing in just a few clicks. The AI listing generator can create a structured product title, description and item specifications based on the scanned certificate data, reducing repetitive manual entry and helping dealers list authenticated collectibles faster.

This creates a simple workflow for sellers: scan the certificate, verify the item, review Fraud Alert results, and generate an eBay listing from the same record.

Typical use cases include:

• PSA cert lookup for vintage and modern graded cards

• Beckett and BGS certificate verification

• JSA autograph COA lookup

• Upper Deck UDA hologram and certificate lookup

• SGC Grading cert lookup and Pop Report data

• CGC certificate lookup for cards and comics

• Autograph authentication and signed memorabilia checks

• Fake COA and counterfeit certificate research

• Reused or compromised certificate number detection

• Collection management for authenticated collectibles

• AI eBay listing generation for graded cards and memorabilia

• Automatic eBay descriptions and item specifics from scanned certificate data

• Faster listing workflows for collectors and dealers

CheckCOA does not replace PSA, Beckett, JSA, CGC, SGC or other authentication companies and does not guarantee that a physical collectible is authentic. It combines available provider lookup data with independent fraud intelligence, collection tools and AI-assisted selling features to give collectors and dealers more value from a single certificate check.

A free plan is available, making it easy to start verifying certificates, organizing collectibles and creating listings from authenticated items in one place.
