## About ASO AI Agent for App Store Optimization

AppStoreStatistics ASO AI Agent is an AI-powered market research and App Store Optimization assistant built specifically for iOS developers, indie hackers, ASO professionals, and mobile growth teams.

The idea behind the project came from a simple problem: traditional ASO platforms provide a huge amount of data, but developers still have to manually interpret keyword rankings, metadata, competitors, keyword difficulty, market positioning, and optimization opportunities across multiple different tools and dashboards.

The ASO AI Agent tries to turn that process into a conversation.

Instead of starting with a generic AI prompt, users select an iOS app and App Store country. The agent then prepares an app-specific evidence set using public App Store metadata, keyword candidates, modeled keyword difficulty, observed search positions, competitor context, and source-linked web research. It can then explain what the data means and suggest concrete next actions.

For example, a developer can ask the agent which keywords they should target first, why their app is struggling to rank for a particular search term, which competitors have stronger positioning, or how they could improve their title, subtitle, and App Store Connect keyword field.

One of the main goals of the project is to avoid a common problem with AI analytics products: confidently presenting invented or unreliable numbers. The agent therefore separates observed, estimated, cached, and unavailable information. If exact App Store search volume, competitor revenue, downloads, or another private metric is not available, it does not simply generate a number and present it as fact.

The agent also keeps the selected app and collected evidence available during follow-up conversations. This means users can continue asking increasingly specific questions without restarting the research process every time.

The broader vision is to create an AI-native App Store market intelligence platform where developers can move from raw data to decisions much faster. Instead of opening separate tools for keyword research, rank tracking, competitor analysis, metadata optimization, and market research, the goal is for an AI agent to connect these different signals into one understandable workflow.

The ASO AI Agent is part of AppStoreStatistics, a platform focused on App Store intelligence, rankings, keyword research, competitor analysis, market trends, and ASO tools.

The project is still actively being developed, and one of the main reasons for sharing it is to get feedback from developers who actually work on iOS apps. I am especially interested in learning which parts of ASO research developers would most like to delegate to an AI agent and which decisions they would always want to keep manual.
